If your HÅG Capisco 8106 is loose in the seat, it may be due to the seat shell being cracked or broken. The seat shell is the plastic shell that holds the foam in the seat.

This seat shell is compatible with all HÅG Capisco 8106 chairs produced after February 1, 2005. Remember that there is a 10-year warranty on the chair.

When installing the shell, it should be pushed into place on the "seat housing," which is the metal part that controls all the handles. Note that there should be 4 pieces of plastic on the seat housing. They should run inside the groove on the seat shell. There is an image of the plastic pegs. They are slightly larger than plump caterpillars. If they are missing, be sure to order them.
