Payment

At www.moffice.shop, payments can be made using: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, MobilePay.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are dispatched from Moffice.shop. The charged amount will never exceed what you approved at the time of purchase.

Prices

All prices for goods available on Moffice.shop can be displayed inclusive of VAT for private customers and exclusive of VAT for businesses. We reserve the right to change the quantity of delivery and prices in case of backorders, price increases, and other external influences. Additionally, orders may be canceled in case of incorrect pricing information.

Delivery

To receive your item, you must pay the shipping fee. 

Shipments abroad are sent using the most cost-effective method and upon agreement with customer service at +45 42700130.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for items in stock when shopping as a private customer on moffice.shop, and there is no right of return when shopping as a business. A 14-day right of return can only be offered if agreed upon in advance with customer service. There is no right of return for items ordered specifically for the customer and thus made to order.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

Received your item

Received the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered separately

Received the last batch or part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of an item consisting of several batches or parts

Received the first item in physical possession in the case of agreements on regular delivery of goods over a specific period

Within 14 days of receipt, you must inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notice must be given by writing to shop@moffice.dk. In your notice, clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. Remember to provide all relevant information (name, address, order number, and phone number).

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously informing us clearly.

There is no right of withdrawal for ordered goods. This includes items we source at the customer's request and cannot be returned.

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time of its delivery. The item must be sent with tracking and trace and only for delivery to our return address. We do not accept parcels from collection points. Parcels sent without delivery will be returned to the sender.

We do not offer returns for business customers.

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following types of items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Delivery of items made to the consumer's specifications or that have acquired a clear personal touch

Delivery of items that may be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly

Items ordered at the customer's request from a supplier

Condition of the item when returning it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it works. In other words, you can test the item in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, meaning that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you may receive only a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive a full refund, you can test the item but not put it into actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation of returning it before then.

What should I include when returning?

Include a copy of the order confirmation.

Note: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

If there is an issue with the item (warranty)

Consumer law warranty rules may apply to the purchase of goods.

When you shop at Moffice.shop, you naturally have a 24-month warranty. This means you can have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior. We are not responsible for consequential damages caused by the improper use of an item. If the item is returned to us and we cannot identify any faults, the customer will be charged for the shipping both ways and a fee of 350.- DKK + VAT for troubleshooting.

How quickly should I make a complaint?

You should make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

We refund reasonable shipping costs

If the complaint is justified, we will, of course, refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Therefore, choose the cheapest method to return the item, which is also reliable. If the customer chooses an excessively expensive shipping method, we will only refund according to the applicable prices at GLS.

When returning the item, please specify the problem as detailed as possible.

Note: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs (Only in the case of a complaint).
