This wheel/castor model is made of hard plastic, which is suitable for carpets. Due to the low friction, these wheels cause minimal wear on the carpets.

They fit almost all HÅG office chairs, except for the Futu and SoFi models. Futu and Sofi have wheels that are 10 mm larger, and they are relatively new models. So, if you have an older HÅG chair, these wheels will fit.

If you have hard floors, you should purchase soft wheels.

Please note that these wheels have brakes when there is no weight on the chair. As soon as you sit down, the wheels will roll freely. This is to ensure that the chair doesn't roll away when you're in the process of sitting down. It can be quite painful to land in thin air.
