If you have a HÅG Capisco or H04, occasionally, the backrest becomes very loose. At the same time, small pieces of black plastic often start to rattle out of the back of the chair. The backrest usually remains securely in place, but it rattles and tends to become looser and looser as the tube deteriorates.

It is compatible with chairs produced after 1/2-2005. However, if you have one of the earlier chairs, you won't encounter this issue since the backrest is mounted with a steel bracket.
