It is crucial to check that your chair was produced after February 1, 2005, as this cover only fits chairs produced after this date. The original design of the Capisco chair is over 30 years old, resulting in many versions of the chair. Look at the small tag under the chair. The "prod. Date" or "Delivery date" indicates the production date. An easy way to determine if it's a new chair is to check if the button on the back can be pulled out. If it can, the fabric fits. If you can push it in, it's an old variant, and we cannot provide fabric for it. The fabric code is indicated under "Fabric." Cura is a polyester-based artificial fabric, with 98% of the material made from recycled plastic bottles. It has been tested for 100,000 Martindale, equivalent to sitting in the chair once. If you desire a highly durable fabric, choose Select, tested for 200,000 Martindale. The fabric is tightly woven with a visible structure, reflecting light similarly to wool. When you order this item, you will receive both seat and back covers. It is also possible to purchase new foam for the seat and back; this is a separate item. See further down on this page.
