Upgrade your Fern chair with a headrest.

This headrest kit uses a 3D-printed adapter which allows our Aeron headrest arm mechanism to be converted to one which is compatible with the Haworth Fern chair. It is available in light grey and black to match the most common Fern chair colors.

This is a full headrest assembly including the Fern Adapter that attaches directly to your chair. No additional parts required.
